Accessibility statement

RumbleSeat should work for every car person, however they browse. Here’s what we aim for, how we check it, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

Last reviewed September 26, 2026

Our commitment

RumbleSeat aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across rumbleseat.com. That covers the marketing pages, the blog, the Help Center, the car club directory, the car museum finder, and our free tools.

Accessibility is part of how we build, not a one-time project. New pages and features are checked against the same standard before they ship, and we fix problems as we find them.

How we test

In September 2026 we reviewed the whole site. The review included:

  • Automated testing with axe-core on every page template, in both the light and dark themes.
  • Keyboard-only testing at desktop and mobile sizes: reaching every link, button, and form field, seeing where focus is, and never getting stuck.
  • Code review of page structure, headings, labels, form errors, color contrast, and motion.

The issues we found were fixed. We repeat these checks when we make significant changes to the site.

Known limitations

Some content on rumbleseat.com comes from other companies, and we don’t fully control how it behaves:

  • Embedded YouTube videos. The player and its captions are provided by YouTube.
  • Club websites linked from the directory. These are run by the clubs themselves, and their accessibility varies.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. The verification widget on some of our forms is provided by Cloudflare. If it blocks you, email us and we’ll take your request directly.

The RumbleSeat app at app.rumbleseat.com is reviewed separately from this site.

Compatibility

We design rumbleseat.com to work with current versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and with common screen readers, including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack.

The site respects your device settings. It follows your light or dark theme preference, and it reduces animation when you’ve asked your system for reduced motion.

Feedback and contact

If something on rumbleseat.com is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Email us and tell us which page you were on and what went wrong. If you use assistive technology, let us know which one. That helps us reproduce the problem.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you need information from the site in a different format, just ask and we’ll provide it.
