How is Club Pro priced for bigger clubs?

$59 a month includes your first 100 active members. Each additional active member is 10¢ a month. For example, 250 active members is $74 a month, 500 is $99, 1,000 is $149, and 2,500 is $299.

Who counts as a member?

Only active members on your club roster. Associate members aren’t counted, and neither are inactive members, such as expired, lapsed, or deceased members. Keep them all in RumbleSeat anyway: storing and managing your full roster, past members, and club history is free. We count active members each month, so if your roster shrinks, your bill does too.

Can RumbleSeat set up our club for us?

Yes. White Glove setup is a one-time $1,999 add-on for any club, on Standard or Club Pro. Our team designs your site, moves in your content, imports your members and car registry, migrates your old forum if you can provide its data, and gives your officers two hours of dedicated training. It works for brand-new clubs and for clubs migrating from another platform.

Can we start on Standard and move to Club Pro later?

Yes. Upgrade anytime from your club’s settings. Your site, members, events, and content carry over, so there’s nothing to rebuild.

We’re already on RumbleSeat. What changes for us?

Nothing changes this year. Through December 31, 2026, your club keeps paying the current 1% platform fee on payments you collect, with no subscription, and Stripe’s processing fees still apply. At least 30 days before the new plans begin on January 1, 2027, we’ll email your club’s owner with your options: opt in to Club Pro ($59 a month for up to 100 active members, plus 1% on payments), or stay on Standard (no monthly fee, plus 4.9% on payments). If you don’t choose, your club moves to Standard. If your club’s site was live before October 19, 2026 and you opt in to Club Pro, we waive the Club Pro subscription until October 19, 2027; the 1% fee still applies. You can switch plans anytime. If we’ve agreed different terms with your club, those terms apply.

We’re starting a club now. What do we pay?

Clubs that join before January 1, 2027 pay our current pricing: a 1% platform fee on payments you collect, with no subscription, plus Stripe’s processing fees. Before the new plans begin, we’ll email you so you can opt in to Club Pro or stay on Standard, like every other club.

When do we start paying for Club Pro?

Club Pro subscriptions begin January 1, 2027. From then, Club Pro billing starts when you publish your club site or start collecting live payments, whichever comes first. Until you go live, you can set up Club Pro, build and test your site, import your members, try dues and events, and invite your board, so you’re confident in RumbleSeat before you go live. There’s no card needed to sign up; we’ll ask for one when you’re ready to publish. It’s billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens if our club leaves Club Pro?

Nothing is deleted. Pages, files, records, and reports stay intact, and Club Pro settings become read-only. Tickets already sold stay valid and current memberships run to their expiry date. Storage over 5 GB stays online; new uploads pause until you’re under the Standard limit or add storage at $15 per month for each extra 25 GB.

What if our club needs more storage?

Standard includes 5 GB of club storage, and Club Pro includes 100 GB. On either plan, storage scales in 25 GB increments at $15 per month each: 25 GB more is $15 per month, 50 GB more is $30 per month, and 100 GB more is $60 per month, billed monthly. Add as many increments as you need, and remove one anytime once your files fit again. Storage counts the files your club uploads, like gallery photos, documents, and videos. Members’ own garages, listings, and posts never count. We let your admins know as you get close. If you reach your limit, nothing is removed and your site stays online; new club uploads pause until you add storage or free up space.

Can we cancel Club Pro anytime?

Yes. Club Pro is billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, Club Pro runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for, then your club moves to Standard. Nothing is deleted.

What if we cancel after buying White Glove?

You can cancel White Glove at no charge until our work begins, which is the earlier of your kickoff call or our email confirming work has started, sent to the address you used at purchase. After that, you pay only for the work done through the day you cancel. If you cancel Club Pro, it runs to the end of the paid month, and everything we built stays with your club on Standard.

Do I need a plan to join a club?

No. Enthusiasts never need a plan. Joining RumbleSeat and joining clubs is free. Some clubs charge their own dues, and that money goes to the club, not to us.

Do sellers pay anything?

No. Listing is free, there’s no commission, and sellers keep the full hammer price at auction. If a seller turns on RumblePay, it’s $99 per side, billed by KeySavvy.

What does the Marketplace cost?

Listing a car is free, with no commission. If you win an auction, a 4.5% buyer premium is added to your winning bid, capped at $4,500. RumblePay, an optional secure payment and title service, is $99 per side, billed by KeySavvy.
