RumbleSeat Fee Schedule

1. Plans

Each Club Site subscribes to one Plan. Features included in each Plan are listed at rumbleseat.com/pricing; premium functionality is included only in Club Pro and is not sold separately.

Club Pro examples: 250 Active Members is $74 per month, 500 is $99, 1,000 is $149, and 2,500 is $299. Clubs with more than 5,000 Active Members are priced by agreement in a Special Terms Schedule.

Stripe's own processing fees apply on every Plan in addition to RumbleSeat's transaction fee, at Stripe's published rates (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction). RumbleSeat does not mark them up.

2. Billing

• No free trial. A Club may set up and build its Club Site, import records and test features before publishing, with no charge and no card. Club Pro subscription billing begins on the day the Club publishes its Club Site or begins collecting live payments, whichever comes first.
• Monthly, cancel anytime. There is no minimum term. A Club that cancels Club Pro keeps it to the end of the month already paid, then moves to Standard.
• Moving between Plans. A Club may move from Standard to Club Pro at any time from its club settings, and its site, members, events and content carry over.
• Leaving Club Pro. Nothing is deleted. Club Pro settings become read-only, tickets already sold stay valid, and current memberships run to their expiry dates. Storage over 5 GB stays online, but new uploads pause until the Club is under the Standard limit or adds storage.
• Active Members. Only active members on the Club's roster are counted. Associate, expired, lapsed and deceased members are not counted, and the Club's own classification governs. The count is taken at the start of each monthly billing period, and members added during a period are counted from the next period.
• Count disputes. A Club may question a count within 30 days after the invoice. RumbleSeat will review it and credit any overcharge on the next invoice.
• Additional storage. Storage counts files the Club uploads, such as gallery photos, documents and video. Members' own garages, listings and posts do not count. Storage is added and removed in 25 GB increments and billed monthly. At the limit, nothing is removed and the site stays online; new club uploads pause.
• Non-payment. RumbleSeat gives notice and 14 days to pay before suspending the Club Site.

3. Transaction fees and payments

• Rates. RumbleSeat's transaction fee is 4.9% of each payment collected online on Standard and 1% on Club Pro. It applies from the day the Club turns on payment processing.
• How the fee is collected. Stripe deducts RumbleSeat's fee as an application fee from each transaction processed through the Club Site.
• Stripe's fees. Stripe charges its own processing fees at its published rates, in addition to RumbleSeat's fee. RumbleSeat does not mark them up.
• Where the money goes. Each Club has its own Stripe account. Members pay the Club, every transaction settles in the Club's account, and RumbleSeat never holds Club funds.
• One price to members. The Club Site shows members a single all-in price set by the Club, with no separate fee line. The Club may build fees into its prices and is responsible for any pricing disclosure the law requires. Any pricing tool RumbleSeat provides is a convenience, not advice.
• Refunds and chargebacks. RumbleSeat keeps its fee on a refund or chargeback unless a platform error caused it.

4. Transition period for existing clubs

A Club whose Club Site was live on RumbleSeat before October 19, 2026 pays no subscription fee and no RumbleSeat transaction fee for 12 months from October 19, 2026. Stripe's own processing fees still apply. Before the period ends, RumbleSeat will notify the Club Owner, and the Club will choose Standard or Club Pro.

Club-specific commitments, such as a longer fee waiver, appear in that Club's Special Terms Schedule and override this Section for that Club.

5. Support

Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Arizona time (MST). Reply times are targets, not guarantees, and RumbleSeat does not commit to a resolution time.

6. Optional Services

Optional Services are ordered separately, are available on either Plan, and are not part of any Plan's fee. Every Plan includes self-service tools to import members, cars and club records.

If a Club cancels after ordering. White Glove is non-refundable once RumbleSeat's team starts work on the Club Site. If the Club later cancels Club Pro, everything RumbleSeat built stays with the Club on Standard.

Most White Glove clubs are live in two to three weeks, but timelines are estimates, not commitments. RumbleSeat cannot guarantee that every record, thread, file or image can be imported.

7. Changes and versions

RumbleSeat may change this Fee Schedule. For a material change, RumbleSeat gives the Club Owner at least 30 days' notice by email and in the platform before it takes effect. A Club that objects may cancel before the effective date without penalty.
