Control what shows on your public profile
Public profile visibility lets you choose, section by section, what people who don't follow you can see. This is your main privacy control for your profile.
Sections you can show or hide
Go to My Account → Profile → Public profile visibility and toggle each between Public and hidden:
- Location — your city and state.
- Public Garage — the vehicles in your garage and their details.
- Car Club Membership — clubs you've joined and your role.
- Forum Topics — threads you've started in club forums.
- Forum Replies — replies you've left in club forums.
- Marketplace Listings — items you have for sale.
- RumblePosts — your posts and reposts.
Tips & tricks
- Selling a car? Keep Marketplace Listings and Public Garage visible so buyers can see your other vehicles and history.
- Value privacy? Hide Location while keeping your garage public — you get credibility without revealing where you live.
Frequently asked
Does hiding my garage remove it? No. Hiding only affects non-followers; your data stays intact and remains visible to you and to followers as applicable.
