Car club software pricing: no monthly fee, 1% when you get paid
There's no monthly fee whether you run a car club or you're just here for your cars. The only costs appear when money moves — and they're different for clubs and for individuals.
Pricing for clubs, and for enthusiasts.
Clubs pay no monthly fee, just a 1% platform fee plus card processing on payments, which they can pass on. Individuals join free and pay a premium only if they win a car at auction.
Run your club with no monthly fee and collect dues, memberships and event fees. Two small fees apply to payments — and you decide who covers them.
Your garage, the community feed and classifieds are all free. The only fee is a buyer premium when you win an auction in the Marketplace.
Members cover the platform and card fees whenever you choose to pass them on — so your full membership or event amount lands in your account.
No monthly fee. You decide who covers the fees.
There's no setup or monthly fee to run your club on RumbleSeat. The only costs, a 1% platform fee and card processing, apply to the money you collect from members — and each one can be passed on or absorbed.
Everything you need to organize and grow your club, with no setup fee, no monthly fee and no member limits; payments you collect carry a 1% platform fee plus card processing.

When you collect dues, memberships or event fees, two costs apply to that money. Pass them to members — as a separate line or built into your price — or cover them yourself.

RumblePay, powered by KeySavvy, handles secure payment, title transfer, and lien payoff in one guided workflow — so buyers and sellers can complete a deal without the risk of cash, cashier's checks, or title headaches. Sellers switch RumblePay on per listing, so not every listing offers it — and we strongly recommend enabling it.
- Stand out to serious, ready-to-pay buyers
- Payment, lien payoff & title handled for you
- Fast, secure payout once the deal closes
- Pay safely by ACH, wire, card, or Zelle
- A verified, properly transferred title
- Full visibility from payment to keys
Sellers enable RumblePay per listing — look for the RumblePay badge when you shop — and it's billed directly by KeySavvy, not as a RumbleSeat platform fee. Not every listing offers it, but we strongly recommend it.
Common questions.
There's no setup fee and no monthly fee for car clubs or individual members, and no member limits. Fees only apply when money actually moves: for clubs, that's a 1% platform fee and card processing on payments you collect. For individuals, it's a buyer premium only when you win a car at auction. Classified listings are free.
No setup fee and no monthly fee. The only costs apply to money you collect from members — a 1% RumbleSeat platform fee plus credit card processing (2.9% + $0.30, charged by Stripe at cost). You choose whether to pass each fee to members at checkout or cover it from your payout. Leave both on and members cover those fees, so your full amount comes to you.
Joining RumbleSeat, your digital garage, the community feed, and classified listings are all free with no commission. The only fee you'll ever pay is the auction buyer premium — and only if you win a car at auction.
That's up to the club. Joining a club is free, but if a club charges for membership, dues or paid events, it can choose to pass on the platform and card fees — or absorb them itself. If a club passes a fee on, you'll see each one as its own clearly labeled line at checkout before you pay, so there's never a surprise.
When you win a car at auction, a 4.5% buyer premium is added to your winning bid at checkout, capped at $4,500 no matter how high the sale. It's paid by the winning bidder. Sellers keep their full hammer price, and there are no listing or reserve fees.
Card payments are handled by Stripe, our payment partner, which charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. RumbleSeat passes this through at cost — nothing added on top. Card-network rules require it to appear as its own labeled "surcharge" line at checkout, which we handle for you.
Two ways, and it's your choice. Add them as separate lines and each fee shows clearly — "RumbleSeat platform fee" and "Credit card surcharge" — with a plain-language explanation. Or build them into your price, and members see one clean total with no separate surcharge line. Either way, the member covers the fees, not your club.
No monthly fee. Pay only when
money moves.
Whether you're running a club or chasing your next build, there's no setup fee and no monthly fee — fees apply only when money changes hands, and they're all out in the open.
