Bulk import your club registry

The Registry is your club's catalog of members' vehicles. When you're setting up or migrating a club, you can import many registry entries at once from a spreadsheet instead of adding them one by one.

Before you begin

You must be a club administrator, and your club's registry attributes (the custom fields) should be configured first — the import template is generated from them.

Steps

1. On the Registry page, click Add vehicle to registry → Import Club Registry.
2. Download the template (built from your registry attributes).
3. Fill in your CSV, and optionally bundle photos into a ZIP — RumbleSeat automatically matches photos to their entries.
4. Upload and import.
