Club Administration
Add members
There are three ways to add members, depending on whether they'll sign up themselves, need to be entered by an admin, or are being migrated in bulk. Start at Members → Add Members.
The three paths
- Invite by email or link (recommended; best for ~1–100) — members create their own accounts and pay dues during onboarding. The invite link can be reused or revoked.
- Add manually (best for 1–5; ~30 sec each) — you type in a member's details. Good for legacy members who won't self-register; you can mark dues as already paid and skip the email.
- Import a spreadsheet (best for migrations; 50–thousands) — upload a CSV from your old system, map columns to RumbleSeat fields with a guided preview, then bulk-invite afterward.
Members can also join themselves via the Join Club button when your enrollment option is Public or By request.
Tips & tricks
- Migrating from another platform? Use Import a spreadsheet for the bulk load, then Invite by email to get everyone activated on their own logins.
Frequently asked
Will manually added members know they're in the club? Only if you invite them — manual add can create a record without sending email, which is useful for legacy rosters.
