Manage members
The Members area is your club roster and its management tools — approvals, roles, dues status, and more. Find it under Control Panel → Management → Members.
What you can do
The roster has tabs for Roster, Pending, Invites, Requests, Club Ownership, and Inactive. Each member shows their username, Permission Level (Owner, Co-Owner, Administrator, member), dues status (Paid/Unpaid), membership ID, and status. You can search, edit a member, and export the roster.
Tips & tricks
- Check the Requests and Pending tabs regularly if your club is By request — that's where would-be members are waiting on you.
- Promote a trusted member to Administrator to share the workload; reserve Co-Owner for people you fully trust with billing and ownership.
